Using HTML zirconia as a substructure, more translucent porcelain is fused to the facial (front) of the prosthesis. All anterior crowns and bridges are fabricated using a cutback technique. The cutback technique where the facial is cut back to allow porcelain to be placed in esthetic zones that require more translucency than is normally present in Monolithic zirconia. This type of prosthetic can be single unit crowns up to 16-unit bridges.
a premium, esthetic solution designed as a high‑performance alternative to lithium disilicate. It’s an excellent choice for patients seeking both beauty and strength in their smile.
Like Porcelain layered zirconia, Porcelain fused to metal prostheses rely on a strong substructure with a tooth-colored porcelain layered on top. PFM’s as they are called are relatively older compared to porcelain fused to zirconia or full zirconia crowns. These types of prostheses work best for patients with a very dark colored residual tooth structure that needs to be covered up to match the adjacent teeth color. This type of prosthesis has declined in popularity over the years due to the cost of metal alloys used. With the advent of zirconia as an alternative, the increased cost, labor, and esthetics of PFMs have become less and less prescribed.
Cast crowns are a crown that are made entirely of metal. With several decades of services under its belt and excellent biocompatibility, full cast crowns are an ideal treatment for patients where esthetics are not an issue.
A beautiful material that can be used to make temporary crowns and bridges, as well as semi-permanent crowns and bridges.
Custom abutments are fabricated using OEM parts whenever possible, and are the gold standard for lifelike restorations using an implant.
